Staff were exceptional, rooms were very clean, free Wi Fi was reliable. The place is 1 km away from North Walsham downtown. There is a comfortable garden.

By and large, it was best base for sightseeing in North Walsham, had much fun. Appreciated that heating, a flat screen TV and a study table were included. Only 5 min walk to downtown.

We enjoyed breakfast and service, no complaints. We dined at Shambles Cafe Bar Bistro, that is just 200 metres away. Staff took care of the accommodating service.
